Supported and trained Oracle employees on Raindance (now InterCall) web conferencing software. Personally supported senior management, expeditiously resolving any issues. Discovered bugs and formulated solutions to correct program’s persistent and ongoing problems. Devised methodology for future training needs, including recording Raindance features sessions as small tutorials. Familiarized group with web-based conferencing and information-collecting systems. Maximized effectiveness by implementing online tutorials for users.
