Daily Duties at Chi Lending:
I was a CSR which requires receiving Inbound/Outbound calls from clients inquiring about refinancing or buying their first home. My job was to find out what the customers goals were and find out what programs they are eligible for to pre-qualify them. And answer any questions they have about their options.
