Daily Duties at Jacksonville Network Solutions:
Managing and supporting Technicians in a multiple Windows domains including: XP & XP64, 2003 Server & desktop including Vista. Manage multiple databases (QuickBooks & SQL) and client applications, new network cabling (Cat 5e & 6), Office XP, 2000, 2003 and 2007 setup and support. Managing security, backups and updates, monitor and train staff for multiple windows domains and E-mail setup (x.400 & pop3). Troubleshoot and repair network problems with Servers, printers and PC's. Documented and implemented the company Disaster Recovery plan, Backup plan, email policies & procedures and Technician Policies and Procedures. Break-fix repairs across multiple platforms for Dell, Compaq, and HP equipment. Hardware Purchasing, vendor relations and Project Management
