Daily Duties at Fournier Information Technology:
Managing and supporting multiple Windows domains including: XP & XP64, 2003 Server & desktop including Vista. Manage multiple databases (QuickBooks, SQL and ESC) and client applications, new network cabling (Cat 5e & 6), Office XP, 2000, 2003 and 2007 setup and support. Managing security, backups and updates, monitor and train staff for multiple windows domains and E-mail setup (pop3). Troubleshoot and repair network problems with Servers, printers and PC's. Documented and implemented the company Disaster Recovery plan, Backup plan, email policies and procedures, and Technician Policies and Procedures. Break-fix repairs across multiple platforms for Dell, IBM, Compaq, and HP equipment. Hardware Purchasing, vendor relations and Project Management for company migration to a gigabit LAN and several field projects.
