at the Downey Site Outpatient Youth Program,conducted phone and walk-in screening interviews to determined appropriability and eligibility for the MediCal Program,set Intake appointments conduct Intake Interviews, Program Orientation, Biosychosocial Assessments,develop and maintain up to date individualize Treatment Plans,maintain progress notes on all contacts with clients,conduct Education and process groups individual counseling sessions, maintain an up to date referral system for all clients,random UA testing,crisis intervention when need it, attend bi-weekly Court appearences with clients for verbal, written progress reports and counselor's recommendations,attend monthly staff development meetings,bi-weekly Case Reviews, and weekly staff meeting. At the Norwalk Site,CIDER HOUSE Adult Residential Treatment Program ICDTP = In Custody Drug Treatment Program,conducted Intake Interviews, Program Orientation, Biosychosocial Assessments,develop and maintain up to date individualize Treatment Plans,maintain progress notes on all contacts with clients,conduct Education and process groups individual counseling sessions, maintain an up to date referral system for all clients,random UA testing,crisis intervention when need it,attend monthly staff development meetings,bi-weekly Case Reviews, and weekly staff meeting,heavy phone interaction with Parole agents.
