Responsible for 15 lines including directing the activities of the purchasing representatives (buyers), demand forecasts, analysis and reporting of the inventory position, and development of policies and procedures to enhance line profitability. - Increased inventory turns by 5 to 30%. - Performed initial tests and assisted in debugging and transition to the i2 Supply Chain Management and Demand Planner software. - Negotiated return of more than $8 million of obsolete and end-of-life product.
