Daily Duties at Gulf Interstate Engineering:
Team participation for engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing design, construction and/or maintenance of facilities with a specialty in oil/gas pipelines and related facilities. Perform oil/gas pipeline preliminary design and routing and develop material, engineering and construction specifications. Utilize Mapping/Drafting software and related technologies to develop route maps, pipeline alignment sheets, pipeline details, road/highway/railroad crossing details. Resolve technical issues and provide technical assistance concerning constructability issues.
