Daily Duties at Tara Technologies:
- Responsible for managing nonconformance material reports and implementing solutions to solve and prevent these issues. - Responsible for performing failure analysis and managing internal and external corrective actions. - Responsible for creating, reviewing and approving First Article Inspection Reports. - Responsible for the implementation of SPC at the manufacturing cell and managing the trends. - Responsible for performing internal process audits. - Participated in the preparation for several customer audits with outstanding results; i.e. Applied Materials SSQA Audit, ISO Audit - Aided in the creation, update and management of several internal databases. - Aided in the creation, update and management of automated internal manufacturing checklists with live data collection for analysis purposes. - Extensive use of Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel. - Responsible for the development and management of PQPs, PFMEAs, PCPs, etc …
