Daily Duties at Jim Moran And Associates:
•Trained Finance personnel, Sales force, Sales Managers, Service Managers, and General Managers on proven processes, F&I products and closing techniques •Successfully educated Sales, Finance and General Managers in 12 states and 20 cities •Managed and acquired over 20 different dealer accounts along the Florida, Alabama and Mississippi coast •Maintained dealer incentive accounts, provided quality personnel on demand, monitored dealer loss ratio, trained dealership staff and consistently looked for ways to increase the dealers’ bottom line •Established the best structure (i.e. NCFC, Guaranteed Retro or CFC) based on individual business models to maximize product income and F&I dollars for Dealer Owners and General Managers •Set up in store processes in order to create a better work environment while increasing productivity and profit
