Daily Duties at Barksdale Cadillac:

•Trained, coached and motivated 10-15 sales people (sales comp. under 22%) as well as F&I and Sales Managers •Modified and managed sales advertising, including but not limited to; Internet, TV, Print, Radio and grass roots. (examples available upon request) •Obtained an average CSI score of 95% by providing first class service to every customer •Managed pre-owned inventory, including purchasing and selling inventory via auctions and wholesalers •Built and ordered new inventory according to basic supply and demand •Responsibilities also include; aged inventory management, sales incentives, recruiting new associates and managers, disciplinary actions, spreadsheets, customer follow up, increasing gross profits, increasing sales and the overall bottom line
