Daily Duties at Stu Evans Automotive Group:
Managed cash flow requirements. Review sales from the previous day and review month to date sales in each department to compare against monthly goals and how the two numbers were tracking against each. Set budget goals and review all purchases and requests to keep tight control on all purchase decisions. Also used the Daily Operating Control format to see any weak areas developing or where we were gaining.
