Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin Information Technology:
Promoted to Billet. Provided functional management of multiple teams of physical and personnel security specialists. Coordinated subordinate employee recruitment, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition / disciplinary actions. Accountable for the acquisition of: Rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from Department of the Army, Information Technology Agency (ITA). Provided recommendations and guidance for the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures for handling and storing classified information and equipment as well as granting personnel and visitor access to restricted areas within the Pentagon. Managed development and administration of ITA security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment owned by Army ITA. Ensured physical security violations were investigated and provided guidance on reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Managed and conducted security education and counter intelligence classes.
