Daily Duties at Us Department Of State:
Responsibilities included planning the design and coordination of installations and maintenance propriety integrated intrusion detection and access control systems, CCTV systems, high security locking hardware and exterior perimeter barrier systems, to include security fencing and vehicle barriers. Conducted and maintained physical security surveys; maintained floor plans, blueprints and wiring schematics that indicate the location and type of all physical and technical security systems used in individual facilities, initiate and coordinated needed repairs and maintenance on existing physical security systems installed at domestic facilities. Created a time-line management application plan for all security projects and coordinating the fiscal allocation for all security projects and equipment located in domestic facilities. Developed security guidance used in contracts for security installations or work to be performed at facilities. Currently serves as project manager for complex security projects occurring in numerous facilities throughout the country.
