Daily Duties at Waste Management, Llc:

Customer Service - Took inbound residential, commercial and construction customer. Set-up new accounts, resolved service and billing issues and entered data into data base. Set-Up - Implemented corporate program to increase customer satisfaction by eliminating service issues. Retention Rep - Took inbound customer compliant calls. Listened to problem offered resolutions and issued credits when appropriate. Tech Rep - Assisted customer with setting up paperwork and arranging transportation for disposal of special waste into Waste Management landfills. Resolved any billing issues for my accounts. Sales Co-Or - Prepared reports for local and corporate management to reflect tonnage and revenue for IN landfills. Prepared weekly and monthly sales reports. Maintained customer files. Contacted customers who needed to update paperwork.
