Recipient of annual service excellence award in September 1993 - Nominated and selected from more than 1,000 eligible associates; Project Manager for the purchase of and cutover to new $300,000 NorTel Meridian phone system - Developed and awarded RFQ, and coordinated installation with construction schedule of new facility; Application Consultant for evaluation and selection of new $2 million MIS/EDP software system capable of handling multi-division high-volume order processing, WMS, inventory, assembly and distribution environment - Provided critical background knowledge of corporation’s systems and operating logic during conversion; Project team member for construction of a new $7 million, 100,000 square foot distribution facility - Team lead responsible for entire lifecycle for voice and data distribution systems, and assisted in overall building layout and city approval process.
