Daily Duties at Wherehouse Entertainment Corporate:
Perform and complete all scheduled Job Sheet requirements with an ultimate goal of meeting the Sunday morning inventory shipment deadline. Backup. • Supervised all night Operators in different capacities. 2 Operators per shift (4:30pm 1:00am/12:30am to 9:00am), 7 days a week, and all three shifts on the weekends. On call 24/7 for Operator assistance. • Interact with Programmers on call to report and assist with all program related problem. Restore data, then restart program at directed step. Use DOS/VSE, VM, JCL, and CICS running on two IBM 4381 Mainframes (Test/Production).
