Created and managed front and back office infrastructure for startup manufacturers’ rep company. Implemented and managed payroll, inventory, order fulfillment, and sales support processes. Selected EDI trading partner and administered EDI application, processing 90% of all business received. Coordinated supply chain activities and processes with Asian and Domestic business partners and suppliers.
