Daily Duties at Sleepy's:

Oversee the daily operations of a retail showroom; including sales improvement programs, training/development of sales staff, open order management, audits, inventory control, merchandising, and the visual presentation of showrooms. Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor, while driving sales and profit performance through recruiting, managing developing and retaining a quality staff that is customer focused.
