Daily Duties at Balkamp:

•Manage operations/promotions for 12 company owned and 65 franchise stores •Oversee 12 Territory Sales Managers within district •Plan monthly and quarterly sales events •Plan and execute show booths throughout Washington, Idaho, Oregon and Montana for yearly distribution marketing conferences and dealer events for store owners and store customers. •Provide customer service to resolve problems and product issues. •Assist store owners with end cap designs, gondola sections, and front end store product resets to obtain maximum market penetration. •Continually receive positive feedback from store owners in reference to increased sales and customer service as a result of the training. •Create various sales plans, marketing techniques, and pull through programs based on stores’ target markets and assist with advertising and sales plans. •Customize sales programs for stores based on specific geographical locations and finite customer base. •Write and conduct psychological surveys to help clients understand customers, resulting in greater profit and customer loyalty. •Directly responsible for 25% of the distribution center sales.
