-Evaluate, direct and manage the function and structure of food and nutrition services with direct report of ten (10) -Evaluate production, safe handling and quality of all food prepared and distributed. -Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations as evidenced through local health department and third-party audits. -Comply with regulatory agencies, including federal & state, as evidenced by successful completion of surveys. -Perform clinical assessments & educate residents on therapeutic diets. -Complete computerized MDS, Care Plan and Raps. -Provide monthly, quarterly and annual follow ups according to Long-term care facility protocols -Attend Care Conferences, Wellness Committee, and Quality Assessment Comm. & Resident Council Meetings. -Maintain Policies & procedures for department.
