Daily Duties at Lyondell/Basell Chemical Company:
Daily customer contact required to insure accurate demand planning, responsible for distributing and monitoring inventories for Industrial Fuels in the Gulf Coast Region. Coordinate and schedule barge lifting’s for customers and internal stock transports from plants-to plant as well as distribution centers/terminals. Schedule pipeline transfers for stock transports from plant to plant as well as from plants to customer tanks at specific terminals. Coordinate dedicated equipment for barge lifting’s. Research all demurrage charges for barge lifting’s. Responsible for international shipments on vessels of Heavy Pygas to Europe and Mexico, assuring communication with the customers and all paperwork is documented correctly for Inspection Companies and “Inco-Terms” to the Broker/Customs. 24/7 coverage
