Daily Duties at Lsi Logic:

Sysadmin lead for a 2000+ node PC-based LAN/WAN. Helped develop network infrastructure and standards for LSI Logic’s PC network consisting of Microsoft NT, Novell Netware. Administered NT, Novell, cc:Mail, and 2 UNIX servers used as Appleshare server for Macintosh, and Internet mail relay. Facilitated network connectivity to UNIX-based network via NFS, and Mainframe via SNA gateways. Provided training for Help Desk and Desktop Support groups. Assisted Field Engineers on escalated third tier issues. Performed managerial duties as acting supervisor of the server support group.
