Daily Duties at Eastside Staple And Nail:
Provided desktop support for approximately 20 users. Primary duties included assisting the LAN administrator with server maintenance and troubleshooting, providing on-site technical support for desktop and laptop users, and adding and removing users in Active Directory. Other duties included ordering office supplies, taking product inventory, and PC preventative maintenance to maintain proper operational references.
