Daily Duties at Safeway, Inc.:
Provided desktop and printer support for approximately 200 users at the Safeway Seattle Division Office, production plants, and distribution centers. Primary duties included deploying new computer and network equipment to offices and stores, opening and closing service tickets using Remedy System ticket management software, adding and modifying assets in asset database using Remedy, providing continuous troubleshooting for user PC software via phone, email and or in-person. Other duties included assigning hardware tokens in Active Directory, loading new PCs with Norton Ghost Corporate Windows image builds, printer configuration, writing documentation, installing new equipment or porting user information from old computer to new machine, and PC/Server preventative maintenance.
