Daily Duties at Tesoro Refining And Marketing Co.:
Provide desktop and printer support for approximately 40 users at the Tesoro Petroleum Auburn marketing office. Primary duties include opening and closing service tickets in Mercury IT Governance Center, ordering new equipment, loading equipment with corporate image builds, troubleshooting common software/hardware problems, and contacting appropriate groups for higher-level troubleshooting. Other duties include requesting orders for new computer and telecommunications equipment, running anti-malware scans, calling for service on printers, and monthly server maintenance and updates
