Daily Duties at Kepur, Inc.:

• I performed the systematic examination and appraisal of financial records, reports, management controls, policies, and practices affecting or reflecting the financial condition and operation of contractors/subcontractors for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). • I collected, measured, analyzed, and/or interpreted cost information to support the cost of providing specific programs and activities. • All costs must be accounted for---contracts, credit card payments, travel expenses, lodging, air travel, rental car, labor charges, etc. • Worked independently or as a team to insure each and every detail is completely accurate. • Often the transaction listings that itemize the costs did not match the amount on the billing for a given month. In these cases, we must research that month and future months of activity to identify the discrepancy. • Each project or billing could last 1 month to 15 years totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. • Assembly and verification of Conversion of Corps of Engineers Management Information Systems (COEMIS) and Corps of Engineers Financial Management Systems (CEFMS). • Prepared litigation-ready support package for the Department of Justice for use in recouping monies owed by corporations to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the cleanup of toxic waste sites across the United Sates. • I traveled extensively to Corps of Engineers offices across the United States and worked with the accountants in research and compiling data for inclusion in backup information to be use in Federal Court. • I utilized Optical Data Imaging (ODI) the Government uses to retrieve documents.
