Managed Sales staff/Customer Service Staff/Warehouse and Delivery Staff. Detailed review of P&L and department statistics. • Developed a rewarding work environment for associates of all ages • Assisted executives in producing a company wide process in identifying multiple stores greatest area of needed improvement, then implementation of a general action plan. • Assisted in the companies decision to change from commission to hourly wage pay plan. • Managed multiple store locations re-models.
