Daily Duties at Voertman’s:
I was responsible for all buying, merchandising, hiring, and training of staff. I determined all product mix, pricing and marketing in a retail setting. Inventory included books, music, and gift items. I create their first training manuals for employees. I also trained all cashiers hired on a part-time basis at the opening of each semester.
