Daily Duties at Caterpillar Inc.:
Worked with Caterpillar's Fuel Systems Control (Product Development) group in developing/designing fuel control systems for Caterpillar's upcoming common rail based Tier IV diesel engines, Contributed in developing HP pump control, injection control (timing and duration), populated various fuel system maps for Engine Control Module (ECM), Extensively performed testing, calibration and validation of common rail diesel engines, Extensively performed data analysis and documentation using six-sigma methods (DOE, Gage R &R-ANOVA, Performed performance analysis of common rail diesel engines to meet Tier IV emission standards.
