Daily Duties at Dyn Corp International, Llc:

Provide Leadership, Technical Guidance, Direction and Management Oversight for Professional Engineering, Facilities Management, Production Management, Technical Maintenance Management and Support Personnel; including a Staff of 1000+ Subordinate Facilities, Production, Maintenance, QA and QC Managers, Engineers, Shops Supervisors, Technicians, Environmental, Safety, Security and Support Personnel (11 Direct Reports). Provide Innovative Solutions to the Diverse Technology and Professional Services needs of Government and Commercial Industry Worldwide. Tasking includes Supporting Multiple Sites (9) with 500+ Facilities in Local, Remote and Overseas locations. Provide Infrastructure Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities and Maintenance Management, Electrical Power Production and Distribution, IT and Telecommunications Systems Engineering, Workforce Management, Support and Sustainment, Transportation, Disaster Readiness and Response. Act as the Liaison to the Base Civil Engineering Activities at Langley AFB and Shaw AFB. Some Significant Accomplishments include:  Drafted Policy and Procedures Guidance for Civil Engineering Projects for the War Reserve Materiel Program for the United States Air Force in Support of the Air Combat Command at Langley AFB and U.S. Central Command Air Forces.  Drafted a Maintenance Control Plan for Facility and Equipment Maintenance and Operations, Integrated this Plan into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (WRMSS) included all Report Forms to Provide Status to the Client.  Directed Program Management Review which resulted in a grade of Excellent for the Technical Performance, Maintenance, Production and Organizational Management components of the Contract Evaluation Process  Designed and Directed Construction of a Computer Aided Design Lab (CAD) to Support New Construction, Alterations, Modification and Renovation Projects including: Administration Office Buildings, Maintenance/Repair Shops, Warehouses, Living Quarters, Dining Facilities, Mechanical, Electrical, Piping, HVAC, Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression Systems, IT Networks, Fuel Depots and Munitions Depots, etc  Directed improvements to the Data Management System (DMS) , resolved all deficiencies in less than six months
