Daily Duties at Mazzio's Pizza:
I took inbound calls to place food orders over the computer and send those orders via computer to the appropriate Mazzio's restaurant location. I handled customer complaints and inquiries in addition to scheduling orders for catered events. I acted as a server for special events, selling food and drink to interested parties in attendance. Assisted other representatives with questions on company policies and procedures. Trained new employees to standard in the time frame given with a 100% graduation success rate. As a shift manager, assisted in scheduling call center staff of over 100 representatives. I made on-site decisions to cut staff on a daily basis to save the company money when times were slow. Addressed advanced customer complaints to retain business.
