Daily Duties at Primerica Financial Services:

As the office manager I was responsible for the overall well-being of the office, its agents and the regional vice president’s business. I greeted clients and applicants, kept detailed records of sales team’s production and reported the information to the proper personnel. Operated a 30-line phone system, routed incoming calls to the agents, and made calls on behalf of the managers to check on the status of client’s financial products including life insurance applications, loan documents, and securities paperwork. As a division manager for a financial services company, I was in charge of hiring and training new associates. As a financial professional, I use my knowledge and skills to serve clients and their families in one of the most important areas of all - their finances. I presented solutions in different areas such as home mortgages, auto, home, and life insurance, and investments. I hold several financial licenses to include an Oklahoma state insurance license, state debt certification, and federal National Association of Securities Dealers Series 6 and 63 licenses. The team I helped managed led the state in overall production for several months and won multiple awards and accolades regional and company-wide, to include being in the top 100 in the company (out of over 110,000) over a 6 month period. Also won a contest to throw a pie in someone’s face. Special Projects: • Created awards and achievements to assist in motivating and inspiring team members. • Helped design new training materials to educate new associates.
