Daily Duties at At&T Wireless:

As a customer service representative I handled customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues. Offered alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer's business. Handled business transactions in connection with activation of new customer accounts. Made financial decisions to protect/collect revenues and adjusts customer accounts. Assisted management with scheduling and tracking of employees. Trained new employees on company policies and procedures. Working in technical support involved assisting clients with complex technical issues involving cell phones, smart phones, personal digital assistants, laptop air-cards, and computer integration with these devices. Went through multiple hours of classroom and hands on training with new technology and equipment. Assisted other customer service reps to help give a total solution for clients.
