Daily Duties at Humanscale:

• Supervise and manage four administrative staff (two technicians; one sales assistant; one admin/receptionist.) • Responsible for the accuracy and processing of 800 to 900 purchase orders monthly. ($600,000 to $850,000 in monthly revenue.) • Liaison and assist dealerships and direct customers with inquiries and customer issues. • Monthly and weekly reports compiled and updated. • Management of installation technician schedules and responsibility in ensuring proper installation and repairs are done to customer satisfaction. • Ongoing collections and reconciliation of A/R. • Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of office equipment, supplies and office appearance.
