Daily Duties at Excel Beef:
Hands-on-training in predictive maintenance for all processing machinery, techniques included Oil analysis, Thermograph, Vibration analysis, Ultrasound, and Laser motor alignment. Gathered approximately five hundred different oil samples taken from gearboxes, hydraulic reservoirs and other production equipment each month then complied an oil analysis reports with recommendations for future course of action to management.
