Daily Duties at Intera Communications:

Research and resolve account differences for Accounts Payable and Accounts Reconciliation. Create general ledger spreadsheets and coding for wires and CD checks in Cash Audit area. Process monthly cash receipts. Process daily stop payment requests. Consolidate quarterly and monthly expense and income budgets for individual clients. Assist in researching and monitoring tax law on withholding and information reporting (1099’s)and support the Clients
