Assumed management of a superior, but unprofitable and highly leveraged facility and managed a successful transition from Sheraton to the Century Center. Restored earlier profitability standards to recruiting and leading a focused and dedicated executive and marketing team that increased revenues, implemented cost controls, and restored service levels. Enabled sale of the facility by owner.
