A historic, 19th-century facility with 187 rooms, restaurant facilities, a ballroom, and 7,000sf of meeting space. Directed a full restoration on behalf of new ownership and led the formation of a new team to introduce innovative service and management practices during a major transition. Designed and implemented new policies and procedures in all areas of operation. Increased average guest rate 117% by restoring the facility to its position of prestige and superior service.
