Repositioned the hotel to higher levels of profitability by employing aggressive, strategic sales programs, significantly improving guest services, and enhancing employee relations and training programs. Successfully managed through several changes of franchisee relationships and ownership, retaining staff and maintaining stability throughout tenure. Managed relationships with multiple owners. Recruited and led a team of direct sales and marketing representatives to exceptional performance.
