Daily Duties at Via Christi St Joseph:
Call Center Coordinator. I designed & implemented this customer call center for the laboratory. Answer phone calls from internal hospital departments and external calls for the laboratory in this 600 bed hospital. Routed calls to correct individuals, attempted to answer caller questions without a transfer, faxed reports, added tests to samples already present in the laboratory and notified testing area, etc.
