Daily Duties at Wh Salisbury:

Human Resource Manager, Chicago, Skokie & Addison Divisions Reported to the vice president of operations/general manager at the Skokie facility. Responsible for all human resource, employee relations, safety/workers compensation and payroll management functions for all three locations (145 employees). Supervised one administrative specialist.  Coached and counseled supervisory and management teams on effective employee relations practices, progressive discipline, diversity issues and sexual harassment training.  Recruited at all levels, including middle management positions; consistently maintained staffing at their proper levels.  Managed wage and salary administration system and administered performance appraisal system.  Developed policy and procedure manual, ensuring consistency of administration of company policy.
