Daily Duties at Wh Salisbury:
Human Resource Manager, Chicago, Skokie & Addison Divisions Reported to the vice president of operations/general manager at the Skokie facility. Responsible for all human resource, employee relations, safety/workers compensation and payroll management functions for all three locations (145 employees). Supervised one administrative specialist. Coached and counseled supervisory and management teams on effective employee relations practices, progressive discipline, diversity issues and sexual harassment training. Recruited at all levels, including middle management positions; consistently maintained staffing at their proper levels. Managed wage and salary administration system and administered performance appraisal system. Developed policy and procedure manual, ensuring consistency of administration of company policy.
