Sr. Administrative Assistant/Administrative Specialist (AMD) Assisted with Project Management responsibilities for a sophisticated network product by tracking bugs and project milestones. Implemented, managed and maintained a new project hardcopy file system. Responsible for creating and managing all Executives' travels and expense reports. Formulated budget consolidation reports of department purchases. Creation and maintenance of department web pages. Designed a file server build within the department comprising of hardware, software downloads and back-up procedures. Assisted with the wireless integration within the building involving 802.11 access points and supplying PCMCIA wireless cards to employees. Streamlined purchasing systems
