Responsibilities in joint-developments of “CO ADSL+POTS” Systems w/ Agere Systems & Legerity included: systems-integration, testing & measurements, results analysis, problems solving, and performance optimization. Competitive study & analysis – BOM, area, power, cost, performance, features. Guided Analog-HW/System/Testing of an “8ADSL+8POTS eval/demo platform” & Customer Reference Design. – Defined HW architecture, helped w/ project-plan & coordination between Eng./Mkt. of both companies. – Designed analog HW & led successful short-phases of debug/integration/testing of this system w/ partners. Led a very-high-density layout study of “24ADSL+24POTS” reference design for a Tier1 customer, in which found innovative solutions to density problems and drove partners/vendors to pursue them. Planned system-tests, led & participated in testing, analyzed results, improved system-performance. Led R&D Projects and New Technologies o Low-power/high-efficiency ADSL Line-Drivers (Active-Termination, Class-G/H) & Optimal-Hybrids o Performed system-analysis/characterization/design of an AFE & Line-Interface for ADSL over ISDN.
