Daily Duties at Matisse Networks:
Responsible for the Analog development of a Hi-density fast “Automatic Optical Power Control & Monitoring” board for stabilizing Optical Amplifier’s input power in a “DWDM Optical Burst Switched Network” system. Board includes: C-Band PIN Photodiodes, Hi-speed TIA, bias/modulation/control circuits for 10Gb/s Cooled EML TOSA, TEC controller, Hi-freq. Current-Controlled Triangle Gen., VGA, HF Laser Current-source Driver. Responsible for: architecture/analysis/spec./design/simulation/schematics. Includes: built-in self-testing/diagnosis & Transistorized Controlled Triangle Gen. Achievements: lowering cost/power/area, safety significant increased.

Linear/Non Line-drivers, & passive/active/adaptive Hybrids/Filters/Splitters, transformers)., o RF Receivers (including Bluetooth) – A/D Modulations, LNA/Mixer/LO/IF – spec. & transistor-level design., o Interfaces for very-low differential signals berried in large CM noise (Hi-CMRR/Impedance In.Amp.). , o AFEs for High-speed Broadband Modems (very-low noise/distortions wideband differential: LNAs, PGAs, Hi-eff. Linear/Non Line-drivers, & passive/active/adaptive Hybrids/Filters/Splitters, transformers)., o Hi-speed/wideband Analog/Mixed-signal conditioning/generations (OpAmp, clampers, VCA, comparators, current-sources, Freq/Amp-controlled oscillators/waveform-generators, PLLs/Sync, mod./multipliers/detect), o Noise-reduction (grounding, shielding, guarding, diff.-routing, power-distribute/filter/decouple, RFI/EMI)., Wide-range of skills – mathematical-analysis/modeling, simulations-Spice/Spectre/Mathcad/Matlab, character-ization/design/optimization of sophisticated electronic/integrated circuits for applications w/stringent requirements, documentation/presentation., Data Analysis, Integrate, Modems, Research and Development
