Daily Duties at Tkr Cable:
Supervising 30 in-house employees, 24 contractors, and 2 field supervisors. Budgeting 1.5 million in capital expense. Payroll for installation/repair department. Organizing daily assignments for both repair and installation technicians. Maintaining complete inventories of company vehicles and inventory used by departments. Implementing and performing quality control checks on both in-house technicians and contractors. Enforcing safety regulations to OSHA specifications. Enforcing technical and/or cable regulations to FCC/NEC standards.
