Provided continuous analysis of all marketing recruiting efforts. Managed the human resource department and performed employee recruiting, selection and hiring, discipline and termination, handbook/policy development, seminar presentations, litigation coordination and conflict resolution. Ensured compliance of all local, state, and federal employment regulations, workers comp management and audits, and HR consulting services.
