Daily Duties at Performance Auto:

Managed the accounting and Human Resource Department. Managed the general ledger, journal entries, reconciliation’s, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, financial reporting and expense analysis. Report directly to President. Successfully managed the human resource department and provided employee recruiting, selection and hiring, worker’s comp management, discipline and termination, state and federal employment law training, handbook/policy development, conflict resolution and continuous improvement facilitator.
