Daily Duties at Wennsoft:

Oversaw P&L and developed strategic plans as member of the Executive Team. Provided direction in the areas of advertising, direct marketing, web marketing, tradeshow planning and execution, customer satisfaction, marketing communications and public relations. Managed teams of diverse sizes, including business development (2), marketing (4), sales (9), and the Independent Reselling Channel (450). Maintained key customer and client contacts. Partnered with the Sales Team to support their efforts. Managed financial expenditures and made adjustments as needed. Drove the planning, scheduling and management of Annual User Conferences. Major Contributions: • Contributed to the significant growth of the company, from an 8-member organization with revenues of $200,000 to a 104-employee market innovator with yearly revenues exceeding $14 million. • Improved strategies for distributors, owned-accounts and pricing. • Recommended process improvement solutions such as implementing a sales force automation system. • Honored with the “Eagle Award” for contributions made in assisting others to learn and succeed. • Placed the company in a favorable market position attaining the Microsoft Business Solutions 100% Sales Club Award.
