Daily Duties at Investment Equity Development.:
Director of Engineering for Investment Equity Development responsible for the coordination and supervision of all design firms, engineers, designers and technicians, and for the overall design for all phases of Commercial Development. Design projects, plan and develop overall scope of work, establish work priorities, and monitor performance to ensure projects are completed on time and to standards. Work collaboratively with other designers, engineers and technicians to design and build physical structures, facilities, drainage systems and roadways. Point of contact and liaison between numerous agencies and professionals; including the Mayor, Council and Director level. Note after December 2008 I worked as a consultant for the finance companies that financed the projects in a self-employed capacity for Investment Equity Development.
