Daily Duties at Magna Automotive Testing:
Managed afternoon Test Group comprised of two test engineers and five test technicians as well as acted as the facility Health and Safety Coordinator. Responsibilities as Test Manager include directing staff, program management, job quotes, employee performance appraisals, annual test group budget forecasting, and customer interaction. As acting Health and Safety Coordinator for the facility was responsible for industrial hygiene, equipment safety, safety and health training, record keeping, risk identification and minimization, emergency response, budgeting, long-range planning, and policy and procedure development. Testing Supervisor Supervised five test technicians in conducting various automotive full vehicle / seat testing. Interacted with customers, hired/trained employees, prepared testing quotes, reviewed Test/Engineering reports, reviewed and controlled testing costs, forecasted afternoon group sales budget.
